What a shock we got when we had our first bite of nougats!
We have never had such an unbelievably chewy yet less sweet nougats! They are so flavourful, tasty yet giving a soft, creamy, tender core. The word nougat is derived from the same meaning as "nut bread" as they do indeed look like a nutty bread and the white comes from whipped egg white. Paired with the sweet-salty combination of cranberries and roasted almonds, the balance is like fireworks on your taste buds!
Berry Nutty Chewy Nougats are sweet like cranberries and Chocolate Apricots has a chocolate exterior and a creamy interior.. Salted Caramel is unique like toffee taste while Very Nutty flavour is milky and creamy.
