Traditional Hari Raya cookies are nothing like Chinese New Year types, they are more colourful, slightly sweeter and more flavourful.

These Pineapple cookies are made with sweet pineapple jam on the inside and the tart on the outside are less flaky than usual. They are also more flavourful with pandan flavour, yet the fragrance goes well with the sweetness. They come in a round container of around 14cm x 7cm height with halal logo printed, so they are also perfect as gifts!
