Avocado is high in fats, no doubt about it. But those fats are all good and healthy unsaturated fats! They are popularly taken with honey or in guacamole but in Singapore, we eat them fresh or drink them in avocado milkshake! I get my fix from Mr Avocado in Alexandra village frequently, and I think theirs taste the best! 

Not just because of the rich, creamy, incredible taste, the benefits are numerous too:

People who regularly consume avocados are healthier in general. Due to the fact that this group of people are more conscious of their eating habits, these avocado-lovers have lower BMI and smaller waist lines. Last but not least, the best benefit is that this fruit can help you to lose weight! The misconception is that people should take less of avocado due to the high amount of healthy fats. With such wonderful advantages, we recommend that you try eating more avocado and incorporate them into your daily meals.
