All about seeds

I agree that seeds do not get the same attention from us as compared to nuts in the healthy snacks category, they are just that small in size. Just compare the number of products for each category and you will know! However, these small seeds are amazingly densely packed with wholesome goodness that perhaps we have not yet mentioned:

Sunflower seeds - A very good reason is that these sunflower seeds are high in antioxidants. Antioxidants protect our body against damage cause by free radicals. To look young, you will definitely need to eat more of these!

Pumpkin seeds - The highest source of proteins among our product range, these will be effective for building muscles and strong bones! These seeds also release tryptophan, which will convert to a sleep hormone that gives you restful sleep.

Lotus seeds - The lowest count of calories among our product range, this is popular in Vietnam, Thailand and China. In Singapore, it is more commonly found in soups and desserts. However, I really like the unique taste and it is more additive than I thought!

The raw seeds we sell such as sunflower and pumpkin seeds do not taste as good as the roasted lotus seeds. That is why less people eat them raw like that. Birds like raw seeds just fine.

People usually add them into cereals, salads and milk to enhance the flavour and get some crunchiness. They are also one of the best healthy snack ideas for kids. Share with us, how do you usually take your seeds?
