Dried tomatoes are a great way to extend the shelf life of these sweet tomatoes.
To use them, begin by soaking them in water for 30 minutes to re-hydrate them. After which, you can use them as per your recipe, like in pasta, salads or soups. Some like to snack them as dried fruits just to get the daily Vitamin C. They are not as juicy as real tomatoes but they are definitely just as flavourful!
