Do butterflies have ears? That was the first question we asked ourselves and we discovered that their ears are on their wings to differentiate between pitches. This biscuit is sometimes known as butterfly biscuits, but more commonly we know them as Pig's ear biscuits. We put 2 names together because we like the idea of having flying ears, which give rise to this name!
These heritage biscuits are crunchy and slightly savoury, and the shape is like our ears, definitely adorable.
